  • One star for the way the place looks...one star for the turn around time for handling service calls. It's my last evening here at San Travesia and I can't say that I'm sad about it. Quite frankly I can't wait to pack up my stuff and get out of here. I was set up here temporarily for a month by my employer since they relocated me from out of state. In my last week here, the garage broke on me twice! The bad part, both times happened in the morning while I was on my way to work and I had to show up late because my car was stuck inside the garage. By just looking at the place from the outside it looks amazing. You go inside and the floor plan for the 2 bedroom/2bath is nice and "luxurious" looking. The pool, poolside lounge and gym...top notch! It has the aesthetic feel of a 5 star resort. The issue? Noise level. I'm used to the normal footstep sound or the occasional outburst of joy from your neighbors, but trust me...if you're on the second floor...get ready for a surround sound of noise from your neighbors on the first and third floors. I can hear exactly where my neighbor upstairs is in their apartment. Sometimes when they move it feels like a little earthquake. Being from California I'm used to those, but not of the kind that were man made. Downstairs, the smell of the nightly hookah sessions come up to my level and I can hear their festive voices and clapping. I'm not sure if it could be the area of the complex that I'm in. I'm located in an area that has not been fully rented out. So the people on this side may feel they can be louder than normal. During the weekends, no need to leave and go to the club! Just open your window and take in the music from the apartment that's in the next building over! Look, bottom line...if you don't mind thin walls, hearing and feeling every door slam from the neighboring apartments, or having to duck and cover when your neighbor upstairs is walking, then go for it and move here. It's all really too bad because this place is so nice looking.
