  • Unfortunately, our food (Green Pepper Beef & Shrimp Egg Foo Yung) was very disappointing last night. Therefore we will not be returning to the Dragon Palace. The beef in the Green Pepper Beef did not even taste like beef and the chunks of green pepper were too large and the flavor didn't blend very well with the dish. The patties in the egg foo yung were dry and tasteless. The service was good but the place was freezing. I know the valley has had its share of cold weather lately but even the servers were wearing jackets & sweatshirts & the bench in the booth was ice cold! I had heard great things about this place and really wanted to like it but it was not to be. The search goes on for the type of american style chinese food in the valley I prefer.
