Yesterday 12/3/17 I witnessed one of the most disgusting displays of ownership / management during my visit to pink nails. The owner thought it would be a good idea to completely humiliate a new employee for making an error on an appointment. She then thought it was appropriate to tell every other person that came through the door that the reason why they were waiting is because she screwed up!!!! The poor girl was reduced to tears ran to the back but eventually came back out to work... which I commend her for... I would have personally told the owner where she could sticker job along with her appointment book!!! Try properly training your employees before you throw them to the wolves lady!!!
