Walmart...think Sears' decline. I won't go into detail describing the ordeal experienced at this location trying to get my mother's utility bill fiasco, created here (she paid and has the receipt, but never credited to utility and they won't help), resolved. Further, one complaint turned to two or three when I called the customer relations 800 number. Associate hung up on me in frustration as she was not equipped to handle the complaint. The line says someone will be with you in 2 min, then 4 mins later the same thing...
So many options with Target, Marshall's, Marc's, etc. Think about what Walmart's broad reputation is now. That's what it is. I haven't shopped that afore mentioned mall anchor department store since the 90s, and like many of you I won't be back at Walmart.
This one inspires me to recall a verse from L Boogie...
Some wan play us like we dumb
But remember not a game new under the sun
Everything you did has already been done
I know all the tricks from Bricks to Kingston
Walmart, you just lost one.
