rev:text	So this company was recommended to me by my sister. She has used them before and was satisfied. As for me, not so much. Called them about a water leak in my ceiling. A plumber (Eric G.) made it out to me pretty fast, but i think i was supposed to pay out for that convenience. A hole had to be made in order to find the exact problem. They were gonna charge me $285 just to open up the wall. Well I could have done that myself! That price wasn't even to fix the problem, that was just the starting rate just to investigate. He mentioned it may be my fire sprinkler system (which this company is not licensed to touch). With being a woman and asking for repairs in which i cannot do myself, i always have my guard up in regards to those who try to pull a fast one and try to hustle me. Well, i felt hustled. I ran outside to tell the guy that i would rather go with someone else. Someone who is licensed to repair fire sprinklers, if that is the problem. He replies with "yeah, if i were you, i would probably call them. Those guys won't charge you to open up your ceiling" Really guy?!?! Why didn't you say that in the first place?! You are nice and all, but now i think you are dishonest and just trying to get every dime out of me you can. Especially after trying to ask me what i do for a living? Like it matters. Then i say "well how much is it going to cost me having you come out here?" He says it won't cost me anything, since he didn't do any work, but that i can TIP HIM for moving my fridge. UNBELIEVABLE. I went with a different company that charged me $300 total for labor, repairs and materials. I can't even imagine what my final bill would have been with these guys. Never again.
