  • When I see the bad reviews of this store they mostly appear to be from several years ago. I can only tell you that my family's experience with this store has been exceptional and I can't recommend them highly enough. I took my Mom here to get new furniture for her living room and our salesperson, Natalie, and the manager, Ray, could not have gone further above and beyond to make sure that she was getting exactly what she wanted at the best pricing. And the rest of the sales people passing by were friendly and welcoming. Awesome atmosphere. The quality of the furniture is great and definitely high-end and there were endless options of fabrics to customize the sofa she got but the enthusiasm in my review is based more on the quality of the service, kindness and care they took with my Mom. I've purchased several houses worth of furniture and lots of places have quality items to purchase but you're not going to be taken care of better at any furniture store. I highly recommend them without hesitation.
