  • As a tenant, these guys are the worst. Avoid renting from them at all costs. Giving them even 1 star is extremely generous here... Below is a list of how awful they are: 1) They do not respond to repair requests in a timely manner at all. Our A/C went out several times and they wanted us to wait a weekend to get it repaired. In ARIZONA. During the SUMMER! 2) Our smoke detectors were 10 years old and needed to be replaced. It took them 2 months to do this and we had a 3 year old child in the home at the time. Slumlords at their finest with no regard to the safety of their tenants. 3) Upon needing to break our lease, they listed the home at too high a price and it was not re-rented, so we were stuck paying out the remainder of our lease, despite the fact that we had moved. They would not inform us if/when it had been re-rented and we could not get in contact with them via. e-mail, phone or in person for an update. Nice customer service. 4) We never received copies of our move-out inspection checklist or security deposit (which was all withheld) until we requested them 6 months later. Again, way to look out for your tenants. We had to go to court due to all of this nonsense. And are now out over $3K because of them (and the home owners). Please note folks, AZ rental laws are incredibly skewed in favor of landlords/home owners, so you're basically screwed when push comes to shove. So, do yourself a favor and avoid these guys...
