  • Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas! I stumbled upon Bronze Cafe a couple years ago after doing a search for "vegan" in Las Vegas, and I now eat here at least once a week. It's a great place for vegans and non-vegans as they have plenty of items with meat as well as without. Their produce as well as their baked goods are all fresh. The staff is always friendly. I'm not strictly vegan but I love vegan restaurants because they tend to have so much more flavor. Many vegan restaurants here in Vegas tend to miss that flavor boat so they tend to fail in comparison with vegan restaurants in LA (*drool). I can say with complete confidence that Bronze Cafe would do very well in LA even with the competition. The Tree of Life truly lives up to it's name, and if you are a meat eater, the Complicated hits the spot! All their juices are fresh with no added sugar!
