  • Customer service is awesome here. Southwest was a referral from Vdub Autowerks in Mesa for VW collision repair. Had fender/door repaired with them ensuring everything was OEM/factory replacement. After completion the paint color match was off a shade or two. Requested a redo. They assured me the original person has been let go and the color match will be exact. Although the original error was frustrating they treated me with respect, honesty, and kindness. They acknowledged the mistake and cured the issue immediately. Yea, i would've liked it completed correctly the first time but hey, mistakes are made. They took ownership and fixed the issue. I'd definitely go to Southwest again if need be.
