  • Von's online app is pretty easy to navigate and they have a wide array of items. You can typically avoid their delivery service by ordering 5 of their featured items or one baby item. The delivery guys have been great carting all of the items in. I have noticed each delivery has missed an item that they were out of stock on such as small cans of chipotle peppers and an International creamer. I'd suggest keeping your delivery times earlier in the day if you can do so. We had a 7pm-9pm delivery during the week and our groceries were delivered after 9:30 pm meaning their customer service had left for the day. I was appreciative when they finally showed up but waiting outside of the time frame wasn't the greatest. Von's online prices are a little bit higher but if you can make a large over around $150 and add items from their featured section you'll save the $10-$15 delivery charge. We do tip our driver quite a bit because having Von's deliver twice a month saves a lot of time and frustration.
