Do not go to this service center. Shane and his brother-in- law are gone. The place is under staffed. My battery was dead this am. My son gave me a jump. I drove straight to Courtesy Chevrolet for replacement. Jamie couldn't speak with my usual service manager who was on the phone. He was standing right next to me. Nor could be help me in any way. I then gave a shout out to Robert for help and he had a man test the battery. Said it was fine. I am a day away from driving to San Diego. I told them I was concerned about getting stuck in the desert. Robert did not agree that a gre test was needed. I drove straight to AutoZone. Battery tested dead and I needed a jump to get now to Vans Chevrolet. A/C barely working on the way here. Car not running properly. I was praying I made it here. Wasted 50% of my phone battery both on hold and leaving voicemails to address the situation with Courtesy service team. The girl in the phone said the Service manager now is Mike. He was too busy to say hi while I was there and too busy to talk with me on phone. So I never did get to speak with manager. Wi-Fi was out therefore my faxes from Sands Chevrolet were not received. Save yourself time and frustration and drive the extra miles to Vans. I live right by Courtesy and am upset they cannot help me anymore. I am currently sitting in an airconditioned room with Vans handling everything. Talk to John Hale Vans Chevrolet...great guy.
