  • Customer service means nothing to them. Left a message to make an appointment, THEY CALLED ME TO CONFIRM day and time. On the day of, braved city traffic and parking and showed up just for them to tell me the stylist called in sick. They had my number to make the appointment, but not to cancel. "We didn't have a number to call you at". Bogus! I insisted on them making room for me, but eventually left for fear of a botched job.
