When I worked at my former company in the Biltmore area, we switched to Pacific Office Automation because our machine at the time was worthless. They had incredibly competitive pricing, all the IT services to go with it and their customer service was impeccable. Not to mention the machine! Such a step up from what we had. Thunder Butler (how could you forget the name?) was our rep and he was so accommodating. He gave a great training on the machine - I feel like I basically built the copier myself - and their response to emails and phone calls and delivery on additional services was always on point. I highly recommend this company to EVERYONE! They carry every brand out there and there are so many options to choose from. Overall, use POA! My problems were certainly solved.
