| - I am reading all these one stars and it makes me wonder if we are talking about the same dentistry. I have been there a few times and I do not believe that the staff is unfriendly. They come off as friendly to me. I can see why some people may feel that Dr. Tang does not have the greatest personality in the world, but, I do not feel that he is rude. When he speaks, he gets to the point(that's what I prefer). A preferred dentist to me is not a personality contest, it's a dentist who has the skills to do the job the right(the first time). Not all dentist's get it right! So far, I have had exams, a cleaning and a root canal. I will go back for my crown soon. So far things look fine. I was also offered a discount that I was not expecting. If you a judge a dentist on his work and capability, I recommend him. If you judge a dentistry on honesty and not trying to throw hidden fees at you, I recommend them. As far as him being rough, well, I mean, if a root canal is being done, I do feel that the dentist needs to use a little elbow grease(drilling into a molar is probably not the easiest thing to do). With that being said, everything he did was completely reasonable. I don't think he was rough. In addition, his assistants are all very courteous and professional addressing me as SIR. If people complain about him, then they should go to some other dentist and hope that their root canal or whatever they need done is not done on the wrong molar. I will continue to go to Prestige.
