DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My mother sold her house and was excited to move on to her new place yesterday. She was told she was first on the list and given a window of 8am-10am. We showed up at 8 and sat around until 10 then started calling, no answer and no call to let us know where they were. By 11:15 we started making calls to friends and family to help move (the thing she wanted to avoid when she hired movers).
Dorr moving finally called around noon and told her that their truck broke down and they were on the way. One would think that you would call sooner then 2 hours past the window if your truck broke down. We already had cars and trucks loaded by this point, thanks but no thanks.
Everything was going so smoothly with the process of her moving, thanks Dorr for nearly ruining it.
