  • Very unprofessional. I have made several attempts to contact this salon to schedule an appointment, sent 3 website inquires, and even texted and called both numbers on the website... No response. Ridiculous. I've contacted them several times within a month... Clearly horrible customer service. Pretty bad first impression if you ask me...
