  • Question: Living in the vast sea of Arizona taco shops, how does one stand out? Answer: Just do whatever these people are doing. From scanning the menu, it seems like the concept here is La Santisima wants to give every regional tradition of Mexican cuisine its chance to shine through a specialty taco. They absolutely knock that goal out the park. I wish I had 4 stomaches so I could have sampled everything. What I did get though has given me reason to go back again and again to accomplish that goal. Mayan Cochinita Pibil Taco - bomb Cabo Shrimp Taco - Bomb. Baja Sur Dogfish Shark Taco- BOMB! (please order this for yourself) Excited to try more when I get the shot.
