  • I first spotted this office about a year ago when I was in the area on business. The reception area was small, bright with a window that looked out to a busy street. I was wanting to get some material on the Cros hearing aid. The nice receptionist had me wait a few minutes, offered coffee or tea which is nice for their customers. I declined as I had just finished one earlier. Edmond came out to talk to me. He did not have any phamplets available, but was able to provide me with printed reading material. Customer service was spot on. Over all, my experience was very warm and welcoming. C.r.
