  • When I brought Equinox in for oil change,I was told it should be an hour. It took over an hour and a half. When I asked if it was washed, told no. I have NEVER taken a vehicle to dealership and not had car wash as a courtesy. I know I did not buy a Cadillac, but shouldn't your customers be treated like they bought a Cadillac!!
