I *really* like Ichiban, and I really didn't think I would. I have not tried their hibachi, but the sushi is tasty. Many of the rolls are sauce-heavy, which I'm partial to. It's been suggested to me that this sauciness may mask the quality of the other ingredients, but I don't care, it's TASTY to me.
What's good:
Angry Dragon Roll
Monster Roll
OMG Roll
Volcano Roll
Gyoza Soup
What's "just ok":
Service (based on a single visit)
Decor/atmosphere
Noise level
They also do something REALLY cheesy for birthdays, complete with disco lights and crazy song.
I'm looking forward to going back.
