  • if i could give no stars i would. never have i had such horrible inhumane service. My friends and I booked this shitty company as a shuttle bus to EDC. Not only did they take forever, but on the last day they switched bus loading locations and had no signage. but those were the least of my issues. My friend got on the bus after waiting like over an hour on the second morning of the festival. She desperately had to use the bathroom and they would not let her get off to use it. The bus did not have a bathroom and i begged them to just pull over. They said we were 10 minutes away and that she would have to hold it. After arguing back and forth they let us off and drove off leaving us over 9 miles away from the strip in the desert (way further than a 10 minute drive). After the whole trip i wrote a complaint to the company and the guy that i dealt with before sent my complaint to his boss who of course never responded and the company never did anything. In my opinion that is horrible service and no one should use this company.
