I can't say these are the best doughnuts I've had, but they're pretty good.
So far, I've only gone for their yeast doughnuts. They're fluffy and chewy with a slightly sweet crust. I'm not sure if it's the coconut oil that does this, but it seems like there's a faint sweet and waxy grease that hangs on the exterior of those doughnuts. That subtle flavor pairs well with the acidity from their berry frostings such as blackberry and concord grape.
I also tried the peanut butter cup doughnut which was a peanut butter cream-filled doughnut topped with chocolate. The peanut butter cream filling delivers the peanut butter flavor in a fluffy cream, but I think I would prefer a thicker filling.
I tried the birthday cake-flavored buttercream cookie sandwich (or maybe this was a whoopee pie but nobody corrected me) which was vanilla buttercream frosting and sprinkles sandwiched between two soft, buttery cookies. For some reason, I found that this didn't have a lot of flavor except for the butter. Maybe I'll try one of their oatmeal cookie sandwiches next time.
My favorite thing so far was the white chocolate lemon bar. The shortbread base is soft and buttery with a noticeably crumbly crust. The lemon curd filling is so gooey with a delicate lemon flavor. The acidity from the lemon filling is balanced out with the smooth white chocolate ganache topping.
