I'll be honest ... I had quite a bit of apprehension about going to Right Honda after reading the Google Reviews and Yelp reviews. Let's be honest, people don't seem to like this place. However ... I found my experience enjoyable.
I got two oil changes in two separate vehicles in the last two days. Both experiences were great. I had the same service tech, Bradley Stout, and he was great. Didn't pressure me into anything and informed me of what the service tech found. My second vehicle needed an expensive 30K mileage tune up and he did not push it on me. He simply advised what it was and if I was interested to let him know or give Right Honda a call. Entire end to end process went flawlessly. I even got a follow up call from the dealership asking how my service was. It seems they're trying to fix the issues that others have highlighted.
Furthermore, they have a GREAT waiting room. Lots of comfy chairs and best of all ... FREE WIFI. Thank you very much. This alone makes Right Honda my go to place for maintenance (at least basic maintenance thus far) because I can continue to work via my laptop while maintenance is being performed.
This is the second best Honda service department I've been to. #1 best experience was Hopkins Honda in Minnesota.
Ways the service department could improve: Use digital tablets for checking customers in. San Tan Honda does this and so did Hopkins Honda. It made the experience even more top notch than a notebook.
