  • Even though Ran could not help me with my overly-complicated aftermarket alarm/anti-theft issue, I am giving him five stars for his efforts to resolve my problem. He worked for a good half-hour on trying to get my alarm system functional so I could drive it, and when he couldn't, he did not charge me a dime. When does that ever happen? WOW, a man with a great business ethics. I highly recommend Ran because of his honesty. If I ever need this service again, he will be my first call. Tim
