  • Aloha everyone let me throw this disclaimer out before you read any further: This place is in a Sam Boyd casino so temper your expectations for a 5 star dining experience. I have nothing against Sam Boyd casinos I just want to be real about it. When you walk into the Loft, you feel like you are walking into a spendy michelin rated restaurant BUT it's classic looks are deceiving... You are walking into an classy cafeteria. The good Can't beat the price. At $29.99 for a large cut prime rib meal it's a great deal. The meh: The bread was hard and a bit stale. I'm not a snob but serving warm bread is almost an expectation when "dining fancy." The food presentation was very room service-esque. All of the entrees came with service lids pulled at the table. Props to the tableside baked potato dressing.. I think that this is one of the few places that still does this... At $29.99 for a large cut of prime rib, it does the job. It's the little things that detract from the experience.
