  • Okay first of all they have terrible sales! Very little is included in their coupons. Every time I go and show up with a coupon everthing I want is not on the coupon. There are so many limitations on their coupon it's just ridiculous. My future daughter-in-law, purchase 2-shirts for my husband to wear one of them at the wedding. So not to inconvenience her, I took one of the shirts back. It has been 2 weeks and she purchase the shirts with a debit card. Legally, a debit card is same as cash and it takes 4 days to clear. They would not give me cash back. They would not give me credit on my debit card. The associate said that they won't give you cash back because of people who steal items. That doesn't make sense, since I would give my license and debit for a refund. This is why I don't shop there I am so tired of their store policies!!
