This in response to my previous review.
It was my husband who took our truck in to get serviced with your company but I drove him back to pick up the truck when it was done. That is why you can't find my name in your system. I will email you (as provided) with his info and you can pull up our account. Hopefully there will be notes in there that will show you how we came back in to the counter to explain to the front desk that our tires were never rotated. Your front desk told me to bring the truck back and they would go ahead and rotate the tires (as we requested). He never even apologized. It was like we were inconveniencing him.
