  • Sage was good but just okay, and pricey for the food quality and portion sizes offered. The scallops with oxtail sauce was very good. The iberico pork was disappointing and not nearly as special as it sounds from the menu. The black bass was just average. The best and most unique part was the absinthe drink cart; we had absinthe eggnog and it was tasty! Overall, the main selling point of this place is that the ambience is nice and romantic. On the flip side, the lighting is too dark for a non-romantic dinner. There are several other restaurants on the Strip with more inventive food at the same or lower price point.
