  • My roommates and I kept the house clean and consistently steam vacuumed the place throughout the 2 years we lived at the house. Towards the end of our stay, we spent an entire week of cleaning before moving out. However, Tim still decided to charge us an and excessive deposit fee. We had cut the grass right before the walk in and he still charged us $120 for lawn & hauling. He also charged us $165 for replacing two cheap blind slats, and 7 light bulbs (we were missing lightbulbs when we had first moved into the place), and 3 small holes that were already in the closest before we moved in and were an easy fix. I'm no expert, but from being an engineer and constantly fixing the place, cheap light bulbs don't cost over a $100. Horrible landlord and our property is being disputed in court by Tim and another rental company called E and G rentals. From what I heard, Tim did not pay his mortgages for the house and we received many letters and warnings in the mail on how the owner is subject to give up his property. The management for E and G rentals is sweet, nice, and helpful. Tim, on the other hand, is not. I hope E and G take over.
