  • World Class chocolates right here in Cleveland! After several visits, I'm overdue in giving them that fifth star. The pairing menu is really the way to go. Just be prepared to spend a pretty penny, but it's really worth it. There are many flavors here that I simply have never experienced before. Some of my favorite truffles at the moment include: "Mowie Wowie." White chocolate heart shape with smilie face print on it. It doesn't have that distinctive white chocolate taste, but instead kind of blows my mind with a savory, almost triple creme flavor topped with a touch of salt. "Pumpkin seasonal" Brown oval with flavor sprinkles. Make sure to eat all flavor sprinkles face down, so they hit your tongue first. A friend described this as 'Pumpkin orgasm.' I have to agree, but it led to a long awkward conversation about what that meant, exactly. The recently changed the way they do the pairings, so you can mix and match, but I would advise against it. Trust the geniuses who made these chocolates specifically for unique beverages. Peanut butter chocolate for a fruit lambic? PBJ has never tasted this good.
