  • The owner Cory of this franchise was not helpful at all. He wants me to pay $3 per label to ship. The labels are trapped un my email as a PDF and need to be printed. It would be fair to charge as much as a quarter per page to print, but $3 is outrageous. So I have 3 boxes which UPS pays him to accept and he wants me to pay him $9 so I can ship?! I told him he is the ONLY UPS store to do that. Cory said "I own this place and can charge what ever I want so BYE" So rude. Maybe UPS should take away Cory's rights to use their name since his so very badly representing its brand.
