  • [DISCLAIMER: I am writing this as a personal review. Although I am an employee of APS, this review reflects my personal opinion and not that of APS.] I have been on the planning committee of an annual retreat meeting we have every year for the past 6 years. I usually get approximately 4-5 proposals. This year, Atlasta Catering won me over! They first impressed me with a prompt and thorough proposal. Nadine took the initiative to be proactive and send a detailed proposal (instead of just sending a menu or a website address for me to print off the menu). This is what earned them the job. The planning committee was a bit indecisive at first about what specifically to order, but Nadine was patient the entire time, offering her help along the way. Once everything was decided on, we had LOTS of questions. Nadine was was very timely with responses and on top of it the entire time. She made suggestions, was flexible, and very accommodating. I kept waiting for her to say no to something that I requested (aside of the norm), but that didn't happen. I even requested a certain number of specific sodas...and they accommodated. From the beginning to the end, I were very impressed with the outstanding service we received from the entire staff at Atlasta. And the food was delicious! I cannot think of one thing that went wrong or wasn't to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Atlasta Catering for all catering and event planning. I am very appreciative of the diligence, professionalism and exceptional service that they provided. Kudos to Atlasta!!!
