As airports go it is clean, but staff are monotone at best, rude at worst. Layout is confusing, there is no clear path from counter to security and you have to wander a bit. Security is...wow. They seem to specialize in casting out and loudly mocking people who dare bring a carryon larger than Allegiant allows through the line. I'm sure that this is because Allegiant, with their strict carry on standard has forced the issue, but I saw at least three people pulled out of line rather rudely with larger bags. Again, this is largely due to the confusing layout in how to enter the airport, which could have easily been avoided in planning. Security also seemed to relish in barking orders like we are recruits to basic training. Nothing makes me feel more like I'm punished for choosing to travel than overbearing security agents.
The place is basically built for Allegiant with Westjet coming in for the snowbirds. If you don't fly either you will not have to worry about it.
