  • The day before Mother's Day my friend and I heard great things about this place so we decided to try it out. They were very busy of course and we understood we just wanted manicures. After 20 mins we were seated together to only one bowl that was brought out for my nails to be soaked not my friends. The male that sat down to do my nails seemed very nice but was rushing. I ignored it and proceeded on to make the best out of nothing. After my nails were soaked he started to trim away at the cuticles. As he proceeds on to my right pointer finger it felt as if he was he getting to close then before I new it he had cut down to low. It hurt so bad I jerked back and was so shocked that this just happened. He couldn't get the bleeding to stop at all. I felt so sick to stomach because of the pain that just just asked him for a Band aid for him to stop. Out of all the times I've had my nails done had I never experienced anything like this before. It's one thing to cut someone by accident but by rushing does not help with being extra careful with someone's fingers. Will definitely not be going back.
