  • So I was referred here by the Insurance Co. of the driver that rear ended me. Brought my car in on a Monday 8:00AM. Here it is Wednesday PM I had to email the adjuster to get copy of repair estimate. Two days. Waited another two days to only 1/2 reply of the two questions asked. Car is probably totaled, my only means of transportation. Can't seem to get a market value/dollar amount from them. Guess they're not touching my csr!
