  • I've never had a problem with student hairstylist not caring but the student hairstylist named Allison was horrible. Went in for a color & came out with my hair being splotchy & being able to see my precious color through my now level 2 hair color. It was a waste of $40. In the beginning she seemed okay. But after she washed my hair the first time I knew it was gonna be down hill. She didn't wash my hair properly still had leftover shampoo in it & on top of it didn't add any conditioner so my hair was rough & full of tangles. As she was powering drying my hair she didn't even bother detangling it or put products in it until I asked her , it would be common sense to comb the hair out & also add products to help style out the hair. I was suppose to get a haircut but didn't even bother didn't want her to mess up my splotchy hair even more. So I cut the appointment short. I also didn't appreciate that she was more concerned about her friends & her phone then doing my hair correctly & giving some good customer service.
