  • At 18% buttermilk, this is the richest ice cream I ever ate! This place is the doesn't take a back seat to no one! Tucked away on the second floor of the California Hotel and Casino, Lappert's is the ice cream gem of Las Vegas. My favorite flavor is the Coconut with Pineapple. OMG, I feel like I'm at Luau on that one. I'm not a big Ice Cream eater, but when I'm near the area....I'm game for Lappert ice cream. Pros: the best ice cream in Las Vegas Cons: It's tucked away on the second floor in the California Hotel...it's too much of problem for me. Most of friends and family from Hawaii stays there, and it has become my second home at weeks at a time.
