  • Today was the 1st time for this Coach store that there was absolutely "NO" customer service!. We walked in and the girl facing the door never once greeted us. We went looking around the store & there was no one to help. There were not a whole lot of people in the store so that's not an excuse. I'm extremely disappointed . We've never been treated like this before. Guess we won't be coming back to your store.
