  • First time having carpets by a pro. They arrived on time with a 30 min courtesy call. The technicians were very polite and super fast. I held back a star because hours later it's still disappointingly soggy & conveniently cost the highest price I had been quoted over the phone. I'll post before/after photos of the stairs that were the worst... you decide.
