  • First two experiences refilling medication was simple. This time has been a mess. I called to verify that the refill was mailed, since I had re-ordered early this week. Was told it was mailed today. Coincidentally I received an email a couple of hours later with UPS tracking info-the tracking info belonged to some random person in another city whose medication was sent in Oct of last year. So now I will sit around all weekend{as they are closed and have no emergency #} wondering if the medication my terminally ill pet needs is even on its way. There is NO WAY to check info online to see if the meds were mailed. Very stressful. I am so disappointed.
