  • The worst DMV I have ever been too. I live in los angeles and I thought our DMVs were crowded and intentional slow. Ok, the DMV on Sahara, please NEVER go there. First off, the lines are out the door. The majority of the DMV employees looked a mess, No professionalism what so ever. We ended up at counter 4, Judy was the DMV clerk. A heavy set Hispanic lady, with bright red hair, no smile, very sarcastic and rude. My husband had a 0915 appt, we arrived at 0900. Judy rudely ask for his phone number and then said, " you won't receive a text, just listen for the last 4 digits of your phone number, and watch the tv cause they only gone call you once." Very unprofessional, no customer service skills what so ever. She acted like she didn't care, supwr ghetto and probably gets away with negative attitude often. They have the worst system ever. Wait for the last 4 digits of ur phone number pop up on the screen. Wow!!! 10 minutes later he receives a text to go to window 14. Goes there, and the young black guy said, " oh, I dont have that number, I've already moved on, go back to information. Really.. To check in, they say you'll be called by your phone number. This is the dumbest system ever. Leaves the staff unaccountable, walking around looking stupid, don't Wana ask simple questions. The majority of the staff was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. They wouldn't even go out of there way to help The elderly. I had to help this old white man demand a supervisor. They called his number, he didn't come quick enough and they had The nerve to make him sign up again. I couldn't believe it. The lady reluctantly helped him when she heard me saying get a supervisor, poor man been there 2 hrs, with no help.... The dress code is obviously not a high standard priority because Half the employees looked disheveled and were sitting front and center.. They obviously don't care about customer service who's keeping them in business.. I spoke with a supervisor name, Devon. He was very nice and seemed concerned. I let him know how unprofessional and rude the majority of his staff were. Finally went to take his picture and there's 3 females sitting Around laughing and giggling, doing nothing. Like the place wasn't jammed packed. I can go on. All in all do not for the life of you ever go to the DMV on Sahara..
