  • I am moving into Plaza 550 tomorrow. Me and my Yorkie drove here with an apartment in the works. The apartment fell thru---glad it did----it was a dump and a spicy area. While in my hotel room I was online looking for apartments in the area of the hotel. I stopped by the apartments hoping they had an availability for today! ....and there was! David was pleasant, professional, informative and patient. I had spent over $100 sending $100 hold fees while in DC and STILL have a hold fee to be returned. David showed me the model which was CUTE! The complex is CLEAN, the pools are sparkling and the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe. CHECK! I was hesitant initially because I felt pressured so I went to at least look at the other places, but David stated he didn't think anything compared and I would be back. He was right. I was back with my competed application and initial funds. Within 2 hours I was approved and I came back with my funds to move in. I will move in tomorrow. Me and my Yorkie have a place to call home for the next 6 months. Thanks David! Keep up the good work!!!! I am looking forward to my new place and new life in Phoenix. I met a neighbor with 2 Chihuaqua's who were happy and friendly.
