  • I will never visit this UPS store location. I was trying to get an emergency overnight package taken care of, last minute documents that needed to be delivered the next day. I was really pushing for time, I called to ask what time the lasted I could be there for next day package, they answered the phone with "UPS do you mind holding" they did not wait for my answer but put me on hold. I understand they were most likely busy, but I was on hold for 15 minutes,so I hung up and called back, they picked up the phone and hung up...3 times! Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. All I needed was a simple one word answer to a question.
