  • They violate your rights and use unlicensed companies. They entered my condo without providing the required notice of what they were looking at. Making it worse thr creepy maintenance man went into my closet when the property manager admitted he had no need to be in there. This is not the first time this creepy man has gone places he isn't supposed to. He came once to fix my furnace and he ran my shower. Another time he came to unclog a drain and he went in my closet because he left a big grease handprint on my closet door. They do nothing about him. The internet and utility companies are unlicensed which is not legal and the property manager said they don't care they have to do what the owner says even if it is illegal. As for the units the in unit laundry doesn't work and a 1/3 of the machines in the laundry room have been broken for 6 months and they are expensive. Someone keeps stealing the call buttons on the elevator and they don't fix them. There are missing and broken buttons on every floor. Someone also keeps ripping the railing off in the elevators and they don't fix those either. They fixed peeling wallpaper in the hallway with duct tape.
