  • I don't normally write reviews. But I can't pass up this opportunity to share with people who are looking for great plumber like Jeff. I've had several tech's to do some work for me. All of them didn't want to give a simple quote I asked for. After inspection they always sounded fishy and were ready to charge me unreasonable price and tag on unnecessary item cost. Very suspicious. I texted Jeff asking for a quote for replacement of my leaking garbage disposal. (BTW I called other company on Yelp to compare the price and they played the same game instead of giving me simple quote). He simply gave me a typical price for the type of item I was looking for. I set up an appointment between 7-8am and he showed up at 7am. He explained to me garbage disposal needs to be replaced and loose faucet needs to be tightened. He told me the cost which turned out to be even less than what he originally quoted me. He finished the job in a timely manner. He replaced the disposer and drain, and tightened faucet. Ran the dishwasher a few times to clean it out. Swapped the hot and cold supplies on the kitchen faucet, they were reversed (by another bad plumber). Once he was done he asked me to text him my info so he can bill me. It seemed he was in a hurry to get to his next scheduled appointment and told me that he will email me the invoice tomorrow morning. What I'm saying is that he wasn't even worried about getting paid. He cared about his work being done properly and efficiently. I feel he's a true professional who loves his job and good at what he does. This was the first time I experienced it. I followed Yelp to find Jeff. I'm happy with his service, price, and professionalism. I hope this will help those who need plumbing services.
