| - It's been years since my fist several visits to the original location in Orange County since it is quite a drive from me (just under 100 miles). My finacee and I were hungry after walking around the strip and I was happy to find out that they had a location in Las Vegas. There was line that was out the door when we arrived, but it moved quickly and our orders were taken and we were sat before we knew it. Now, since the only other Bruxie I've been to was the original location, I wasn't used to the servers having to get your drinks for refills. I understand why because of the way the setup is for this particular location, just wondering if the other locations in CA do this as well? We ordered "The Original" and added an egg to it, the "Nashville Hot", a Strawberry Palmer, and a ginger soda. I'm glad to say that the food was just as tasty and just as enjoyable as the original location. My finacee enjoyed the Original very much. The chicken filet still had that nice crunch to it and the nice flavor of the herbs and spices. My Nashville Hot had a nice kick to it, but I don't think people from Nashville would call this "hot" at all. I enjoyed it because I was able to still taste the chicken, the kick of the spice, and the rest of the seasoning, without overpowering my palate. The Strawberry Palmer was flavorful enough to get the strawberry flavor without being overly sweet. The Ginger soda was a bit strong on the ginger flavor. Also, unfortunately the waffle fries were a bit tough and luke warm. I prefer my fries, crisp and hot. Those were the only small bumps on the road and still an overall great experience for the both of us.
