My mom was in distress from getting multiple calls saying the truck had not been returned, when it clearly had. So I had to call the truck rental place for her. I'm flustered and not knowing what's going on, so I don't sound too peachy and when miss "julie" got wind off that, She decided to be the absolute worst employee I've ever come across. Keep in mind, I wasn't being rude to her, I simply said 'whatever' and hung up when i started getting attitude from an EMPLOYEE who is supposed to HELP. I don't know about you but at MY job, when you get a distraught customer, you do NOT instigate and make rude comments. I was simply trying to get and give her the truck number and after being hung up on 3 times in a row... She just would NOT answer my calls! JUST from my phone number. I called on the house phone after trying SEVEN times and low and behold ! I get an answer. As soon as I mentioned that I was the same lady trying to call, She proceeds to talk smack to me !
I AM STILL SHAKING. What the actual ef. THESE are the type of employees you want ?! Are you SERIOUS!? Now we LOVED budget trucks service 100% And WILL use it in the future. I already know the problem behind this and am STILL trying to fix it becsuse your employee will not answer my calls no matter how many times I try or how many different numbers I try from. But I'll never come to this location again & I quite honestly hope she gets reprimanded in some way, so many people who would actually make an effort at their job. Now I have to wait for a call back from corporate for a small issue when your employee could have just done her job.
