rev:text	I recently moved out, the apartments are really nice staff wise only Lisa and Alfred were very helpful. From the moment we moved in it was a headache. We had our contract to move in on a specific date and the contract did state that but apparently they marked it wrong on their calendar. So come move in day we get to the office and ask for the keys the person at the office looks at us confused. We had to wait a whole week to get our apartment that we had already paid for that month. How unprofessional is that! We were basically homeless for a week. They said they'd try to have it ready in 2 days but nope we didn't get the keys until the following Saturday. While living there, they have some service that picks up your trash outside your door everyday but at least twice a month our trash wouldn't get picked up I kept telling the office but eventually I got tired of it. What's the service for if your trash isn't going to get picked up. Also I don't know how our neighbor came into our home and claimed we took our dog outside the balcony to use the restroom. The office quickly notified us and I told them we didn't which made me mad because why are you going to believe our neighbor who doesn't even know us. Last thing, our light fixture was broken I asked the office if they can replace it, they came and took the fixture but never replaced it. I would call everyday and they would just say excuses how the maintenance manager wasn't there. Up until the point where we moved and it was never replaced.
