  • PRS manages all of my Arizona properties, and has for the last 10 years. We have always worked with April, and she has never brought me a bad tenant (knock) and the longest I have had a property sit empty is 2 weeks. I have one property right across from top golf that rents as soon as it lists. They do an amazing job of checking out the history of the tenants, and I have honestly never had a problem with them. Before PRS we had Brewer Caldwell, and obviously there is a reason they are not around anymore. I actually rented my own house from them when I was in college so they have been in the valley for quite a while. There are a ton of property managers in Arizona, but it really is worth it to stick with someone that knows what they are doing, and is going to make sure and get a quality tenant in your property to make sure your investment is taken care of.
