  • Went there last week to see "The Imitation Game." The theater was just about empty. Though the seats aren't motorized recliners like Galaxy, they are comfortable and manually recline. What I was most impressed with was the screen and sound. Very large screens, perfect focus, great sound. And, what I find usually annoying in a lot of theaters (including Galaxy) are the floor running lights and exit signs that are too brightly illuminated as to be distracting when watching the screen. Sam's has their act together there - nary a light source in sight except for a subdued Exit sign. Popcorn was very good and the carrier trays really allow you to share the popcorn properly with another person (dump half the container into their tray). Bump the seats up to full easy chair, and you get 5 stars!
